The store

This is the official merchandise store of the industrial death metal band Diablerie. The store is run by Diatribe. We will help you wit any questions about the items and service as well as other feedback at [email protected]

The store runs on a platform provided by Big Cartel, and they are primarily responsible for any technical aspect of the store including, but not limited to orders, payments and notifications.

Shipping

All items are shipped via mail. Prices are added on top of the goods and the price of shipping is always shown to you before proceeding to checkout.

Delivery times

Delivery times may vary. We are located in Finland, so estimated delivery times are

• Finland 3-5 weekdays
• Europe: 5-10 weekdays
• Outside Europe: 5 - 30 weekdays

Refunds

In case items are broken during shipping or have flaws in production (excluding matters of musical taste), they are replaced with new ones. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will guide you through the process.

Payment methods

We currently accept PayPal only. Please contact us at [email protected] in case PayPal is not an option for you.
